These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement with Stu Creatives LLC (“Stu Creatives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a consultation, entering into an engagement, or otherwise working with Stu Creatives, you agree to the terms outlined below.
How We Work
Stu Creatives operates through a consultation-first, systems-led approach. All work is delivered through clearly defined engagements, which may include foundational projects, time-bound strategic containers, or advisory support.
Stu Creatives does not offer ad-hoc execution or open-ended services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are intentionally defined to support clarity, focus, and sustainable collaboration.
Scope of Services
Stu Creatives provides strategic marketing support and creative direction for founders and small teams seeking clarity, structure, and alignment. Services may include strategic assessment, marketing systems and workflow design, messaging and positioning alignment, content and campaign structure, website strategy and setup support, and creative direction across brand touchpoints.
Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in a separate proposal or written agreement prior to the start of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to participate actively in the process by providing required materials, access, and information in a timely manner, responding to communication and feedback requests promptly, and reviewing work within agreed timeframes.
Delays in feedback, approvals, or required inputs may impact timelines and may result in rescoping or additional fees.
Revisions & Collaboration
Each engagement includes a defined collaboration and revision structure, as outlined in the agreed scope. Requests beyond the agreed structure may require additional time, fees, or a revised agreement.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an engagement and initiate work. Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of the engagement. All deliverables remain the property of Stu Creatives LLC until payment is received in full.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. Stu Creatives retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
All underlying processes, frameworks, methodologies, and strategic materials remain the intellectual property of Stu Creatives LLC.
Confidentiality
All non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. Stu Creatives will not disclose or use proprietary client information outside the scope of the engagement without written consent.
Results & Outcomes
Stu Creatives applies professional judgment and best practices; however, outcomes and results vary based on many factors beyond our control. No guarantees are made regarding specific business results, including revenue, audience growth, or performance metrics.
Cancellations & Engagement Changes
Engagements canceled by the client after work has begun are non-refundable. If a client becomes unresponsive for fourteen (14) or more days, the engagement may be paused or considered inactive and may require a new agreement to resume.
Clients remain responsible for payment covering work completed up to the point of cancellation or inactivity.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Stu Creatives may use third-party tools, platforms, or collaborators to support service delivery. Stu Creatives is not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stu Creatives LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.
